Part of David Suro's terroir driven Siembra project and produced at the storied La Altena distillery, it leads with bright cooked agave, citrus zest, and green apple over subtle floral and herbal notes. The palate is crisp and expressive with gentle minerality, black pepper, and a clean, lingering finish.
