No Returns for Non-Defective Products
Due to state laws, we cannot accept returns if you are simply unsatisfied or have a change of heart. Once an alcohol purchase has been made and shipped, it is considered final unless there is a defect. -
Defective or Spoiled Items
- If you receive a product that is defective or spoiled, please email support@whiskeylibrary.com within 30 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos are encouraged to help us expedite the process.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, refund or replace the item as appropriate.

Incorrect Item Shipped
- If you believe the wrong item was shipped, please email us within 30 days of delivery at support@whiskeylibrary.com
- Include your order number and a photo of the items received.

Delivery Failures & Returns
- FedEx will attempt to deliver your package multiple times if no one is available to sign. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will refund your order minus the shipping costs and apply a 20% restocking fee or $35, whichever is greater.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement without penalty.
- If your order has already been packed but not shipped, a restocking fee may apply.
- If your order has not been packed or shipped, it may be canceled at our discretion, subject to restocking fees.
