Usually ready in 2 hoursA full bodied red wine made from Petite Sirah, Syrah and Grenache. After fermentation, the wine aged for 14 months in French and American oak casks (40% of which were new). Inky in color, with a hint of funk and minerals. Massive on the entry, the mid-palate is diverse with flavors of dark plums, black pepper, Amarena cherries, slow-roasted Moroccan lamb and a marbled leather texture. Pair with charred steak and roasted rosemary potatoes .
