Straw yellow in the glass, it opens with nutmeg, vanilla, ripe tomato, and acacia blossom, then turns full bodied yet refreshingly dry and crisp with a lingering touch of orange zest. We chose it for that distinctive character and texture, a Pinot Grigio with far more personality than most.
