The whiskey maintains a smooth, complex flavor that sets it apart from the pepper-forward profile found in many ryes — a testament to the quality of slow-grown estate grain and a Nevada climate that pushes maturation harder than most. Barrel #20-0137 is a single barrel, cask strength expression of that same rye: uncut, unfiltered, and exactly as it came out of the wood. One barrel, one grain, one ranch.
