Hand-selected from ASW's Georgia rickhouse, this seven-year-two-month wheated bourbon showcases the innovative craftsmanship of Atlanta's distillery, featuring their signature 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley mash bill—more than double the wheat content of typical wheated bourbons. The distinguishing character comes from a meticulous finishing process using hand-harvested and hand-charred white oak heartwood staves from Jackson County, Georgia.
