Carmignano holds the distinction of being the birthplace of the original Super Tuscan, and Pratesi farms it with care. Sangiovese's bright acidity lifts ripe black fruit and warm spice while firm, ripe tannins and a mineral edge lend structure. The long, polished finish carries dark fruit, dried herbs, and a refined smoky undertone with real cellaring potential.
