Usually ready in 2 hoursThis unique zero Sugar Sparkling Wine is created using the “Long Charmat Method” (approximately 6 months in stainless steel tanks called autoclave). After this patient winemaking process we achieve a zero residual sugar sparkling wine, meaning that all of the natural sugar from the grapes has been converted into alcohol.
We do not add any sugar or sweeteners to our wine: the wine profile is exquisite and of the finest quality. This is only possible with the highest expertise, winemaking technique and tools in the wine cellar.
