A blend of six-year Indiana rye finished in those custom casks is married with twelve-year Canadian whiskey, then bottled at 110 proof. The cherry wood lends an unusual signature to a classic rye, layering baked cherry and almond over mint and herbal spice. We reach for it when we want a rye with a genuinely distinctive cooperage story.
