Because we sell alcohol, we are limited in what we can accept back. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

We cannot accept returns of opened bottles, and we cannot accept returns simply because a bottle was not to taste. Damaged or incorrect items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

To start a claim, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a photo if the bottle arrived damaged.
